Auditions for the Carillon Women's Chorus are held twice a year: in early August and in early January (or by appointment). Auditions are open to women from ages 16 and over. Although formal vocal training is not required, preference is given to those with a light tone quality and ability to blend with other voices in this small ensemble.

The Audition:
The Artistic Director, Christine Noel, will meet individually with singers to hear vocal range, tone quality, and ability to blend (vocal warmups with the director will help to determine this). She will then hear a song of your choice; if you would like your piece accompanied, please bring sheet music (not required). A simple song (eg., a church hymn) is fine. The audition will be brief and encouraging. We hope you will consider joining us!
